Michele Simmons has worked with the City of Dayton since 1998. Currently serving as Environmental Manager of the City’s Storm Water and Source Water Protection Programs; addressing citizen concerns, emergency planning and response, and illicit discharge investigations, protecting Dayton’s rivers and aquifer. Co-chair of Dayton’s Green Team, and former chair of the Water Department’s Energy Team and Montgomery/Greene County’s Local Emergency Response Council. Appointed member of the Clean Ohio Conservation Fund Natural Resources Assistance Council and Confluence Boards. MBA in Public Administration and BS in Geology.
