Principal, Rojas Design
To enrich the lives of those that interact with spaces we create. This is the heart of Elizabeth’s approach to design. Elizabeth Rojas is the founder and principal of Rojas Design. She has a rich history in healthy and sustainable building practices. As an early adopter of sustainability strategies, she became LEED Accredited in 2004, was co-chair of the AIA Committee on the Environment, and most recently, she helped to establish the Cincinnati 2030 District. She has served as a judge, reviewing three prominent downtown Chicago office buildings, for the national BOMA Toby Awards, recognizing excellence in commercial building sustainability. Continuing her passion for a healthy community, she’s currently working toward her Well Building Accreditation. Through her 25-year career, she continues to bring a holistic approach to design, to enhance the user’s comfort, and health, while working to limit the impact of our built-environment on our planet. When not working, she can be found hiking, and looking for wildflowers.
