Research and Technical Assistance Coordinator, Council of Development Finance Agencies
Allison Rowland is a Coordinator on the Research and Technical Assistance team at the Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA). Allison is the project manager of CDFA’s initiative to define the food system as an asset class worthy of utilizing traditional development finance tools. She is currently working alongside the Kellogg Foundation researching how to finance food systems in disinvested neighborhoods to become equitable development projects that promote food system infrastructure and access to fresh, healthy foods. She is also managing five pilot projects in the food and agriculture sector, as well as leading the Food Systems Finance Advisory Council.
